How much does domestic shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping & $19.95 for express shipping all our products and use a courier service to ensure the safety of your product. A confirmation email will be sent to you which provides you with a tracking number once items are dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Orders made before 11am are usually dispatched the same business day or the following.
Standard Shipping | 6-10 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping | 3-7 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping | 3-7 business days from dispatch
Please note: transit timeframes are indicative only, based on metro areas and do not include dispatch times. Rural areas could take up to 10 business days.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Our website allows out-of-stock items to still be pre-ordered and purchased as normal. This feature allows you to make the purchase and guarantees you the product as soon as the next shipment arrives.
Returns
What is your exchange/returns policy?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this point in time. However, you're welcome to return any new and unused items within 14 days for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund product must be returned in perfect condition and original packaging. All shipping costs associated with the return will be at the buyers expense.
How do I process a return?
If your return is for the reasons above and within the 14 day period - you must email info@glowline.net.au with your Full Name, Order Number and Reason For Return.
Please make sure that it is in perfect condition otherwise a full refund will not be eligible.
I received a faulty or damaged item, what do I do?
Please take a photo/video of the fault and send it to our team for assessing at info@glowline.net.au. We will happily replace any faulty items within the 14 day period providing they are still in stock otherwise a full refunded will be given. Please note that damage incurred via transit is out of our control and we apologise if this happens to your order.
Glowline will also bear the associated shipping costs to return any damaged items.
